On Saturday I picked up my wedding dress and it's perfect!

We're Godparents!!!

Jessica gave birth to Maddie on Friday night, February 27! I am so glad she made it into the month of February. Now we'll both have the same birth stone :)

I'm so excited to meet her. Jessica is going to come down here in a couple of weeks for Melissa's baby shower and they are going to stay at our house. I'm so excited! I can't wait to see her and hold her and hug her and look at her little fingers and toes!

200 DAYS!

So, we've got 200 more days to go. It seems like a lot but it feels like yesterday when the number of days was in the 300's. I can't wait, there's lots more to do, here's the one's that stick out in my mind;

1. Order Invitations
2. Book photo booth
3. Boys need to get suits
4. Food tasting
5. Dress comes in in May.

Engagement Pictures

Today Alex and I met with our photographer in downtown LA to take engagement photos. We had a great time and our photographer is amazing!!! First we started off on Olvera Street (Alex and I grabbed some amazing carnitas before picture taking). We walked up and down the street and took some really cool pics. We were just dressed in casual clothes. It was a little bit of a bummer because a lot of the vendors did want us taking pictures around their carts, oh well. We still got some good pictures. There is so much color down there, if you haven't been I totally recommend it! Especially for the carnitas!!!

Then we walked across the street to Union Station. We changed into more fancy clothes in the bathroom. Union Station is so amazing, the building is such a gem in the middle of LA. We took more pictures there and it was a lot of fun. There were so many places to take pictures but we were running out of time. We wanted to take one with the train passing by us, but they wouldn't let us down to the platforms without a ticket, bummer. But no worries we got some really good pictures at the restaurant, in the waiting area's, and near the trains.

Our photographer, Jennifer, told us that our pictures would be ready in 3-4 weeks. She is re-doing her blog and website so she wont be putting them up there until the new blog and website are up and running. I can't wait to see how the pictures turned out. As soon as I get them I will post them.

Flower for my hair!
